No pain, no gain

Today we change Chinese dialect once again, and hop into Min Nan, finding ourselves confronted with 爱拼才会赢 | Ài piànn tsiah ē iânn, "Only if you fight can you wind", which I met sometime between Christmas 2012 and Easter 2013 and only translated way later, apparently the same day I uploaded the bilingual recording of the song, which was Oct 21 2017. Let's see!

Do not grumble
If you're let down,
Do not panic
If you frustrated feel:
How can you just lose all hope,
Get drunk every day,
Have a soulless body
Like a scarecrow?
Life is just like
The blue waves of the sea:
Now it raises, now it falls.
Good luck, bad luck
Steadily will keep comin' and goin'.
Fate is just three parts,
You shape seven parts,
Strive on: no pain, no gain!
