Dreams

When I heard this song, it made me think of last post's song, so I guess it is a good fit here. It's an English song called Dreams, or maybe "Dreams come true", appearing in the video at 4:33-6:25. I translated it to Min partly between 11 and 12/4/19, partly on 15, and the rest in the night between 19 and 20, with two tweaks around 12:30 on 20/4/19, including changing 你的梦就欲成真 and 一粒星般明亮 to their present forms. Here we go!

What's a dream?
Are they beyond the reach
Of people like me?
What's the point
Of imagining
When you could be
Someone that the world'll remember
After you go forever and ever?
Now I see that dreaming
Is only the beginning
You have to take yourself
One step further toward winning

Chorus:
Dreams come true
Don't let anybody keep you
From soaring high
If you want your dream to never die
Then believe in yourself
As I believe in you
And your dream will come true

People say
That dreaming all day and night
Will get you nowhere
Don't believe a single thing
That they say
'Cos inside you know
You're already there
You have what you need
Today is your day
Go out and show the world
Who you are
Let your light shine
As bright as a star

Chorus
