Nel mio cuor tu sola stai

Concludiamo la serie delle canzoni contenenti "solo tu" nel titolo con 我的心内只有你 | Guá ê sim lāi tsí-ū lí, "Nel mio cuore ci sei solo tu", canzone Min Nan trovata entro il 10/3/2013 (in effetti è registrata per la prima volta nella sessione 118 del 10/3, e la precedente è del 5/3), tradotta (con una serie di modifiche descritte in fondo alla lista che aggiustano la medesima cosa):

1. [IT] In Italiano (dove però poi le righe «Tu alla fine dove stai?», «Vero affetto ti mostrai», «Nel mio cuor tu sola stai», «Il cuore tutto ti donai», «Ma non oso farlo mai», «Sol ti scrivo – e leggerai –:», e «Vero amor ti mostrai» sono forme alternative dai file, il più vecchio dei quali ha ultima modifica alle 15:19 del 22/8/13, che sono poi state rifiutate non so bene quando - ma la quarta è ricomparsa nel mio video con Italiano Romagnolo e Giapponese, insieme ad un errore, "Solo scrivo e leggerai")…
2. [ZH] …e Mandarino entro il 5/5/2013, dove 愿你才能赶紧 ha preso la sua forma corrente il 22/9/21 alle 13:12, e 希望你会了解 lo ha fatto in un tempo ignoto ma la cosa non è mai stata scritta finché il 22/9/21, appena dopo la precedente modifica, ho detto "Ma non l'avevo già cambiato quello?";
3. [RGN] In Romagnolo tra le vacanze di Natale e il 8/1 del 2018; cerchiamo di esser più precisi; dunque, intanto la traduzione è stata scritta direttamente in questa nota Fb l'1/1/18, nella forma "Nota"; più precisamente:
   
   1. Presumo di aver iniziato intorno alle 14:30-14:40;
   2. Alle 14:48:30 abbiamo il primo screenshot, che mostra le righe 5-8 in forma Nota;
   3. Alle 14:51:25 vediamo le righe 9-16, in forma Nota salvo i typo «t-a-n» e «dèt» (1 sola t) nella 9 e la versione alternativa «A spér che t artôran prëst aquà cun me» nelle ultime due;
   4. Alle 15:10:53 vediamo le righe 8-19 in forma Nota, tranne che la 9 ha gli stessi errori di prima, la 19 è in forma «Parch^è me '-n» (una falsa partenza), e la 18 manca della correzione *vi;
   5. Alle 15:16:19 abbiamo 8-20, con 19-20 in forma Nota tranne che pòs è scritto con due s;
   6. Alle 15:16:27 vediamo la 28 e il ritornello seguente, dove il ritornello è come detto sopra, mentre la 28 è in forma Nota ma senza correzione;
   7. Alle 15:17:05 vediamo 24-28 seguite dal ritornello, sempre stessa storia, e 24-28 sono in forma nota meno correzioni;
   Le correzioni mi son scordato di cercarle negli screen, ma penso sian tutte correzioni di mio padre, penso poco dopo la traduzione stessa, comunque di sicuro prima del primissimo salvataggio di questo post che risale al 16/8/18; notare peraltro che spér->spir è stata implementata da subito nella prima strofa, più tardi nel rit., e solo adesso che racconto questa storia a mezzanotte passata tra 5 e 6/3/23 nella seconda strofa;
   «‘E mi cör / A-t-l’ò da bõ dê tòtt a te» prende la sua forma corrente il 19/9/21 alle 14:20; poi ci sono i cambiamenti in seguito alla reinterpretazione della riga 6 e del rit., che dovrebbero essere discussi sotto, per tutte le traduzioni in fila, e non dovrebbero applicarsi alle traduzioni "vecchie" di sotto; alle 15:17 del 30/7/22, mentre aggiusto l'estensione delle virgolette, cambio «T-a-m é dètt che t s’rèst sèmper / Stê aquà cun me» in come sotto, salvo mettere "semp'r" un pochino più tardi nello stesso minuto;
4. [EN] Poi, la sera del 18/8/19, anche in Inglese. E mo me toccherà rimepi' 'a colonna de fianco all'English co' cquarcos'artro… :) Ah, 15:07 30/7/22 cambio «You’d always be with me» alla forma attuale causa rianalisi dell'estensione delle virgolette nel ritornello (quindi solo per le traduzioni finali sotto, non quelle vecchie);
5. [JA] Ma in preda alla smemoratezza il 28/7/20 attacco a tradurla in Giapponese che la colonna non la riempie. Continuo poi il 29/7 pomeriggio e sera, e il 31 finisco il lavoro; a quanto pare, in origine una riga era «きみに与えた», dopodiché l'ho cambiata, forse per uniformità di pronome, non so quando; di sicuro entro le 18:49 dell'8/8/20, al qual punto un salvataggio del post reca questa variante con anata; presumibilmente mettendo la traduzione qui dentro quel giorno; magari mo' ci caccio il Francese, vediamo;
   l'1/1/22 (buon anno!), preparandomi a registrare, cambio あなたどこでいる in あなたはどこでいる alle 11:37 e これと希望してんだ in この希望してんだ alle 11:38; tagliando o sottotitolando penso anche a こう希望してんだ e こんな希望してんだ, ma penso che terrò la versione del video; peraltro in quel video la seconda volta ho erroneamente trasformato motometeru in motomeru; peraltro "moji" è il senso sbagliato di "lettera", come mi sono reso conto sottotitolando, sicché ただ文字書きたい ha da diventar 手紙だけ書きたい, o magari 手紙も書きたい, scritte all'1:24 del 2/1/22 ma pensate ben prima;
   l'ultima cosa, che è la causa delle doppie traduzioni: il 6/8/22 aggiusto il ritornello in modo che sia tutto detto dal destinatario, sicché l'inizio cambia da «いつまでも愛してんだと» prima in «愛している　いつまでも» alle 19:19 e poi in «愛してるんだ　いつまでも» alle 19:31; all'1:23 del 4/4/23, penso di cambiare «早はやく帰かえって： / この希望きぼうしてんだ | Hayaku kaette: / Kono kibou shite n da» in «”早はやく帰かえって”と / この希望きぼうしてんだ | "Hayaku kaette" to / Kono kibou shite n da»;
6. [FR] E il 9/8/20, probabilmente lo stesso giorno che ho aggiunto il Giapponese qui, attacco il Francese alle 0:37, e all'1:18 è finito; 22/10/21 12:41 "mon côté" -> "mes côtés" (memore di questo) e comprendrais->comprendras, non so se fosse un typo o una svista o un condizionale intenzionale inspiegabile; segnalo da ultimo le versioni alternative «Ma vie alors un sens elle avait», «Ma vie alors un sens elle avait / Avoir félicité» e «Sans toi je n'peux pas vivre / Jours de félicité»;
   il 30/7/22, dato che mi sono reso conto che forse il ritornello è tutto detto dal destinatario, non solo la prima frase, alle 16:47 cambio «Tu m'as dit qu'avec moi / Toujours tu s'rais resté» nella forma attuale, e intorno alle 19 vengo qui a implementare la cosa e fixare i generi del rit.;
7. [HI] Il 10/11/20, tra le 21:51 e le 23:08, abbiamo l'Hindi, con rime, Qualche aggiustamento più tardi lo mando ad ATajuddin, con la quale sistemo il v. 1 il 12/11 (alle 16:27 la versione मेंह अनंत ही गिर रहा viene abbandonata) e faccio un altro aggiustamento il 16; e inserendola qui intorno alle 19:30 del 21/11/20 produco "zińd'gī" per "vita" nella versione F-M, e "na huā" diventa "nā huā" in ambo le versioni in tutti i casi, e alle 19:35, realizzato che non esiste un sinonimo femminile di "cuore", sopprimo "ummīd" dalla versione F-M, che si becca le rime alternate, e alle 19:37:30 "na räh' sakūṃ" si becca il suo nā, e non so che casino sto combinando con 'sti generi visto che alle 19:52 mi pare che le rime alternate siano nella M-F :); non so poi che diamine mi sia saltato in testa di mettere in obliquo gli oggetti dei perfettivi nel ritornello visto che di fatto sono soggetti dei verbi, comunque li sistemo alle 23:54 dell'11/3/23;
8. [EL] Da ultimo c'è la versione greca; questa parte alle 23:10 del 28/7/22, come idea per un video brevino da fare Sabato, visto che sono in tesi; ci lavoro fino alle 23:58, al che è completa quindi la mando alla miti-Kika alle 0:03 del 29/7;
   Tra mattina e pomeriggio abbiamo un po' di avanti e indietro fino alle 17:48, al che manca solo la modifica «Χωρίς εσένα / ποτέ δε θα ζώ με χαρά» -> «Χωρίς εσένα εγώ / Ποτέ δε θ' έχω χαρά!», fatta alle 14:14 del 30/7/22 mentre facevo i tagli al video; ora, al di là del fatto che dovrebbe essere θά 'χω (dice Kika il 31/7/22 alle 14:57/18, ma comunque c'è un accento messo male, cantandola sembra θα 'χώ; lei alle 15:21 suggerisce ποτέ δε θα 'βρώ χαρά, molto bene, ma io intanto alle 15:13 ho prodotto Χωρίς εσένα / Δεν μπορώ να ζω τυχερά!, con tykherá che non ci sta come senso, e poi la versione sotto subito dopo, e visto che è più letterale mi tengo quella;
   C'è poi un commento di Flora40 (che ora si chiama florbox [e da allora è diventata Schlimazi entro Giugno 2023]) su Lyricstranslate alle 13:05 del 2/8/22, che aggiusto a modo mio alle 14:21, ed è il motivo per cui sotto non si legge più «Λαχταρώ να μου / Γυρίσεις στην αγκαλιά».
9. [HAK] Ma adesso c'è anche una versione Hakka parziale, che comincio a metter qui già che sistemo quella correzione di Flora40, e che vi racconto pezzo per pezzo: «Oi nyi jun-jan moi heu-fui», 2:26; «jun m moi», 2:26; «jun mo boi», 2:29; «jun m mo» 2:30, deleo (annullo), il tutto in un messaggio del 1/8/22 ore 2:31 (quindi niente traduzione vecchia per questa); poi «Tui nyi fu-chut cin chin-ji / Oi nyi jun m hiau heu-fui», stesso giorno ore 9:11, e per ora questo abbiamo;
   Dopodiché il 9/8/22 la riprendo e la finisco, facendo il seguito della strofa 1 e il rit. alle 22:00-22:25, finendo la strofa alle 22:25-22:26, e arrivando a finirla per le 22:57, con 莫喊涯离开汝 letto "moi ham ngai […]" che viene corretto alle 11:49 il giorno dopo, mentre la posto su Hakka Verse;
   E lì entra in gioco Anton Xie, che mi consiglia la scelta sotto tra le opzioni 翻做吾伴侣/翻来吾怀里/翻转来吾心/翻来吾居止/离开若新居/将若离开丢弃/翻佮来遷居/转来吾屋肚里, cambia 落毋尽/落无尽 in 落無停 e, dopo una modifichetta mia, approva 淨愛寫信送分汝 come inizio della seconda strofa; 才->正 19:43 13/8/22 mettendo la traduzione qui (specificamente, traslitterando).

E mo' bisogna aggiustare i generi, vediamo di fare le versioni male to female che ho cantato (più o meno) nel video… inizio a fare le modifiche alle 1:09 e finisco alle 1:23 del 2/1/22.
La lista di modifiche annunciata sopra è perché ho mal interpretato 爱你永远袂后悔, che non è "Non ho mai rimpianto di averti amato", ma "Non rimpiangerò mai di averti amato", anzi magari addirittura "Non potrò mai rimpiangere di averti amato". Quindi abbiamo:

1. L'Italiano, dove «E non l'ho rimpianto mai» cambia come sotto il 31/7/22 all'1:11;
2. Il Cinese, che da 爱你永远没后悔 diventa 爱你用都不后悔 il 31/7/22 alle 23:36 e come sotto poi alle 23:37;
3. Il Romagnolo, che da «E a-n sò mai stêd(a) trèst cun te» diventa «A s'rò sèmpar cuntęt(a) cun te» il 31/7/22 alle 14:21, poi «A-n sarò mai trèst cun te» alle 14:21, poi «E u-n-m à mai fat spiasêř» alle 23:34» e infine come sotto alle 23:51;
4. L'Inglese, che da «There’s no regret in this for me» diventa «There'll never be regrets for me» il 31/7/22 alle 23:37 e poi come sotto alle 23:38;
5. Il Giapponese, che da もう悔なかった diventa prima もう悔ないわ il 31/7/22 alle 23:42, dopodiché siccome mi pare rischi di essere da donne, per la versione M-F faccio もう悔ないんだ alle 23:43, che metterò in ambo le versioni;
6. Il Francese, che da «Je n'l'ai jamais regretté» diventa «Je n' vais jamais le regretter» il 31/7/22 alle 23:39 e poi come sotto mentre scrivo la variante qui citata;
7. L'Hindi, che da कभी भी अफ़सोस न हुआ। diventa come sotto il 31/7/22 alle 23:46; e nel riflettere i generi giusti nella traslitterazione scopro che kahā tūne resta così anche detto di una donna, e quindi correggo da ambo i lati alle 15:51/52 del 3/11/23;
8. Il Greco, che da Ποτέ δεν το μετάνιωσα diventa prima Δε θα μετανιώνω πια il 31/7/22 alle 15:16, poco convincente, e poi come sotto alle 15:17.

Le traduzioni "pre-30/7/22" sono della vecchia interpretazione del ritornello e dell'interpretazione sbagliata della riga di cui sopra, e sono recuperate da un salvataggio di questo post dell'8/1/22. Tranne per il Greco, che è stato aggiunto solo in quella data, già modificato. Per quello recupero la traduzione di questo mio video.
Inoltre, a questo "nel mio cuore ci sei solo tu" ho legato "Mia sola cura", versione italiana di un frammento di Saffo. Per la nota critica, passo all'Inglese, visto che finore tutte in Inglese le ho fatte.
So along with a song, we have today a Sappho fragment. It is Bergk 125, Edmonds 29, Lobel-Page 163, Campbell 163. It is a short phrase quoted twice in two different forms:

1. Iulianus, in his XVIII letter, writes «Ἵνα σέ, τὸ μέλημα τοὐμόν, ὥς φησιν ἡ Σαπφώ, περιπτύξωμαι», «So that I may hug you, my care, as Sappho says»;
2. Theodorus Hyrtacenus, in his XV letter, writes instead «Καὶ καταπαῦσαι πρὸς σέ, τὸ ἐμὸν μέλημα, Σαπφώ φησιν ἡ σοφή», «And stop near you, my care, says wise Sappho».

The phrase is, of course, τὸ μέλημα τὦμον or τὸ ἔμον μέλημα.

• Bergk merely reports the quotes;
• The other editions all agree to keep form one, possibly because form two involves a hiatus or the remotion of an article;
• Edmonds tries to include the verb too, probably arguing that Iulianus quotes more than Theodorus, and reads «ὤς τε, μέλημα τὦμον, / περπτύγω», while the other two only keep the phrase, to be more prudent;
• Lobel-Page has μέλημα τὦμον while Campbell has τὸ μέλημα τὦμον.

Whichever edition we follow, this looks like part of a Sapphic stanza. I followed whatever my main source (in this case Bibliotheca Augustana since this was not on Greek Wikisource) had. In this case, this meant following Campbell. Truth be told, Lobel-Page is probably the most adherent to both sources, seen as permuting the second version and applying a crasis gives Lobel-Page's version. But I still prefer to have the leading article.
As for the dating of my translations, well, these are all, in chronological index parlance, S9 residues not present in OS10, thus dated to between 21/12/10 and 5/1/11, and presumably from the Christmas holidays.

Looking for last post's song, I bumped into a video of today's song, which has the same title, 只有你, except it's pronounced Tsí-ū lí, the Min Nan way. Why not put them in a single post, you ask. Well, different tunes. I only collapse songs that have the same title and tune, and this doesn't fit the bill. I bumped into it during the Easter holidays in 2012, I'm pretty sure. Easter Sunday was 8/4/12. I first mistranslated it:

1. Into English soon afterwards, precisely on 16/4/12, during English class, where I made the original mistranslation; the other mistranslated version below is from a 16/7/12 16:11 file, which bears the three mistranslation in the form they will carry on with up until 2017;
2. Into Czech that summer as a break from studying for the high school final "Maturità" exam (yeah, I'm a weirdo who does that in his breaks :) ); more specifically, we have a 6/7/12 13:06 Google file bearing the below original version with one line replaced by «každým dnem kvůli cvoka lásce čekám»; the change to «Každým dnem čekám šilená» happens in a 16/7/12 16:11 file containing all three versions; that file shows that, at that point, I had sent the translation to the mother of my then-future corrector of Czech translations, and she had replied with what seems to be a literal translation into Czech of the English mistranslation; that is included below; this dual translation state remained untouched until I reworked the Czech, see second list below;
3. Into Croatian, again as a break from studying; the first appearance of some form of translation is in a 6/7/12 13:06 Google file slightly earlier than the one for the Czech version; this gives us a literal translation, apparently, which is reported below as "original" (quotes included); the other version is in a 12/7/12 17:00 Google file, which terms it as "approved Croatian:" in its name.

Then, the following year, I found the Min Dictionary and got to know Min a lot better, and realized I had made mistakes due to ignorance of the dialect. For some reason, while I fixed the characters and romanization by summer 2013, I did not fix the translations until way later:

1. The first record of the Czech rework on my computer is a 25/12/17 14:31 doc, with a 2/12/17 17:14 PDF not having them; my blog post says, unverifiably, that these changes happened «within May 18 2017»; they seem to be in part metabolizing that literal English-Czech translation, and in part fixing the mistranslation; this "Christmas version" is presented below as original rework, and provisionally assumed to be the starting point of the discussion in my Fb chat with my by-then corrector on 20/5/17 starting at 13:32; from there to the blog versions, there are 4 lines changed: 2 4 6 7; the first three are all fixed directly by the corrector on that 20/5 at 13:32; the other one is fixed by me in a "flash of genius" at 17:57, save for soon "realizing" (mistakenly) that it's konějšit, not konejšit; fun fact: that was the day after I sent her my Lucrece translations, meaning «she was about to indirectly cause the existence of this blog by showing my brother the Lucrece translations I'd sent her and he thought they were worth blogging», to quote the old version of this post; or maybe she'd already done that? Who knows… back to the translation though, because the 22/5/17 audio mentioned also here contains a further corrected version which, changing krutý->krutě, «Proč jsi se mnou tak neupřímný?» -> «Proč ty jsi se mnou tak neupřímní?», and «Mě srdce kdo umí potĕšit?» -> «Mé srdce kdo umí potěšit?», becomes the final version below, published on this Fb note, and I cannot date when those fixes were made;
2. The English translation is corrected while writing this post, by 17:26 on 19/8/18;
3. The Croatian one is corrected again on 19/8/18 while writing this post, but between 18:27 and 18:33… except the Fb note had already done stuff to it and I hadn't noticed it, so I will have the 19/8/18 version as active and the Fb note as the other tab;
4. Then we have the Albanian, for which I start by quoting IAFI: «1/5/22 I randomly start this with l. 1 and "më kan' zgju", at 23:26 I complete l. 2, and that's it for now», and IAFI reads «Era dhe shiu / Ëndrra më kan' zgju»; then on 10/8/22 23:21-23:25 I do two more lines, the last of which I rework in the night at 1:16, then I do one more in multiple versions until 1:27 and one more version, the final one, at 9:42, and at 9:43-9:57 I finish this.
5. Then came recording day (2/11/25); this caused the existence of the gender swap versions for Czech and Croatian, which I created at 15:[11,37], alongside tweaking the Croatian a bit («Zašto tako okrutno / Činiš mene usamljena?» and «Zašto jesi neiskren se mnom?» are no more); I also remade the English entirely, at 16:16-16:25, and tweaked the Albanian, changing «po t' pres çdo dit'» -> «tu t' prit çdo dit'» at 16:28 and «s' mund t'i qet'su» -> «s'mund me i qet'su» at 16:28, making it s'muj at 16:29;
6. Those gender swaps brought a mistake: I need an instrumental there, in both Croatian and Czech (the former already had the incorrect accusative before, I think); so I fix that at 15:16 on 6/11/25; also, for some reason I concluded I used činio even for feminine, but no, it's činila;
7. Finally, on 6/11/25, after dealing with gender swap and grammar fixes, I decided I had to remake Czech and Croatian from scratch, for better tune-fitting, and to ditch the stupid "awoke my dream"; how in the frick what literally translates to "awake my dream" actually means "wake me from my dream", I will never understand; anyway, I remake the Croatian at 15:29-15:48, trying for rhymes, and doing two gender choices, the female singer - male addressee one being consistently done last, but the parts where that is relevant were done in the middle of the job;
8. I do the same with Czech, starting at 15:56 with the female - male version, and 16:05 with the male - female "gender swap" version, at which point they are all half done; the last non-genderswap bit is from 16:10, while the genderswap was finished at 16:14;
9. Now for some errata, or the likes; firstly, I somehow forgot to put "učinila" in Czech gender swap until 13/11/25 15:49, despite it being in the video; the same thing happened in the remake, except this time it was wrong in the video as well, as indicated below; also, probudili is a Frankenstein of probudily and budili, so is getting booted out; the captions of my video also correct it; finally, the line «Proč ty jsi tak krutě» was thus at 16:03 on 6/11/25, then changed to «Proč ty tak jsi krutě» at 16:05, then was changed back while recording the remakes on 7/11/25 at 0:24, yet the captions didn't get the memo.

The mistranslation tab also contains the old misspellings and approximate phonetic transcription.
Does it make sense to insist on keeping chronological order when the Slavic languages were done together and have the same number of versions? Nope. So English goes with Albanian in the non-mistranslation tab :).

Only you

So our theme of "special companies", which has been going for a number of posts, leads us to the triplet of songs containing "Only you" in their title. We start with 只有你 | Zhǐyǒu nǐ today, a Mandarin song titled just "Only you". «I met it sometime in 2012, probably close to Easter, and translated it to English soon after, and what do I know, I also have an Italian version! Surprise!», said the old intro. OK, so what do we know?

1. The English translation was done during English class on 2/4/12, with the following different lines:
   
   1. «Cold rain's falling down on me» in place of «Cold rain, falling down on me», which was changed in the 28/7/12 file;
   2. «O baby, nights I've loved you» in place of «[…] missed you», which was only changed between the 8/5/13 and the 9/7/13 files;
   3. «Don't want to shush», where shush->hush was a recording-day (9/4/22) tweak from 17:03, paired with the one two items below;
   4. «I’ll never want to flinch for my love» instead of «I’ll never want to flinch before love», another 28/7/12 file change;
   5. «Never will shush», where shush->hush was a recording-day (9/4/22) tweak from 17:03, paired with the one two items above;
   6. «So ^thus I'm this way watching you go off», which then gets changed to the pre-blog (28/7) version «So I this way watch you go afar», whose current version «Therefore I thus watch you go afar» is a recording day (9/4/22 14:21) tweak, after the 12:23 singing error «So this way I watch you go afar»;
   7. «I blankly do run», which became «I'm blankly running» in the 28/7 file;
   8. «Please tell me», which switched please and tell me in the 28/7 file;
   9. «I want to tell someone» -> «To whom can I confide?», changed 2:25 29/6/22;
2. The Italian translation appears as a manuscript on the printout of the 28/7 file, and the mega-intro seems to date it to 26/7; list of different lines:
   
   1. «Le luci a neon» is a scrapped alternate start, but that line, which is now «La notte i lampi di neon», also has the proposed variant «La notte le luci al neon» on the printout;
   2. «Più sola la fan», then changed within the manuscript to the current «Fan sola di più»;
   3. «Mi vieni ad abbracciare», a change within the manuscript deletes that e and gets to the current version;
   4. «Tu sola con me sai pianger» actually gets changed within the manuscript to «Tu sola con me sei in pianto», a change lost in the blog which I will now implement, at 12:51 on 20/4/22;
   5. «Quindi sto a guardar che vai lontan», which within the manuscript gets changed to the current «Quindi vai lontano e sto a guardar»;
   6. «Che sto inseguendo mo?», whose current version «Che sto inseguendo mai?» is a recording-day tweak made 9/4/22 17:23;
   7. «Lo voglio confidar!» -> «A chi confiderò?» -> «A chi lo confiderò?», 29/6/22 2:26:30.
3. We then have the Romagnolo version; let's hear IAFI on this one: 「 On 15/4/22, while waiting for the Via Crucis to start, a translation file starts up in my mind, and, between 20:24 and 20:31, with some tidbits at 20:50 and some around 22, I produce the following partial translation, as intertwined on 23/4/22 around 18:40, with the addition of "A-n stëgh piò ẓètt" composed 19:04 14/5/22 as I assessed what needed to be updated in this post. The last lines of verse 1 then date to 5/10/22 23:57-23:58, with 23:57 only giving the original «Tòtta st'l'aqua frèdda aquè».    On 26/10/25, at 9:18 and just before the tweak to the Greek, I drop the Mè which starts l. 4 of verse 2, because it's unnecessary; then I go record Italian and Romagnolo, and am unsure about what tense the PC (pre-chorus) is supposed to be; to make it past tense, I change to u-m spiaṣéva and abraẓíva at 9:35:34, to piãnzéva at 9:35:47, and to t sirta at an unspecifiable time; this produces the "past PC" version, while the video got the "present PC";
   Or rather, the "Video" version, as that was then tweaked from «què cun mè a piãnzar» to «cun mè dri a piãnzar» (27/10/25 14:51) and from «A cös' ch'a végh» to «A cös' a végh» (1/11/25 20:12);
4. As per IAFI, «In the middle of the 20:24-20:31 Romagnolo stuff (see previous item), I also came up with this variant Italian», the variant being either « Chi ci sarà più ad aspettarmi» or «Chi potrà stare ad aspettarmi»; then on 31/10/22 at 0:31 I remake part of the Italian, namely «Più sol mi fa->fan star», at 0:46-0:51 I remake that and the first half of verse 1, and then on 2/11/22 at 15:29-15:36 I integrate the tweak from the start of this item into the remake, and complete said remake; well, I remake the verses and recover and tweak the rest; analogously to the Romagnolo, the "past PC" version changes to Se spiaciuto ero and Quando in pianto stavo at 9:34:48, to Mi venivi at 9:34:59, and to con me eri in pianto at 9:35:34 before the Romagnolo change of the same time, all this on 26/10/25 while recording; the video ultimately sticks to the original "present PC" version; in its "video" version, because then "spiaciuto" changes to "deluso" (1/11/25 19:16) and "riportare" to "ravvivare" (same day 19:57);
5. As anticipated in the Romagnolo item, we have an Albanian version too; as per IAFI, «31/10/22 2:34-2:37, probably to make a column-filler, I translate one line of this to Albanian»; I finally come back to it on 25/11/22, finishing it 23:13-0:29; except I hadn't finished it for shit, I'd missed the whole # and the first line, so time to do that now; 26/11/22 17:49-18:24; on recording day (2/11/25), we have a few tweaks: «Turma e madhe tu me m' shtrëngu» -> «Turma e madhe ô tu m' shtrëngu» (16:36), «m' kom pyet' vetën» -> «më kom pyet' vetën» (16:37), «Kujt i mund m'e tregu?» -> «Kujt i muj m'e tregu» (16:58), «A do të ket'» -> «A kom me pa» -> «A ka me pas» (17:03), «Thuaj-m'e mu!» -> «Thů-m'e ti mu!» (17:03); while making captions for the video, I see mëngjesi is definite with indefinite form mëngjes, one syllable shorter, and mbrëmje is indefinite with definite mbrëmja, also two syllables, so I change mbrëmje: 15/11/25 19:34;
6. On 31/10/22 at 18:36 I think long and hard about freaking English rhymes, but all that comes out of that is one line, «I will not turn my head»; this ends up in IAFI, where I take it up again only on 22/11/22, completing it 23:23-23:48; the choice between ending the penult line of the chorus with "though" or "no" was made 15:45 24/11/22 as I put this here; 20/12/23 15:58 I then change «For what I now do fight» -> «For what it is I fight» and «From morn until night!» -> «From morning till night!»; the change from Video to Final involves the line whose final form is «In this cold rain my heart will freeze», a form dated 6/11/25 16:48;
7. In the middle of the English remake, I decide to translate this to Greek, and do both verses 23:31-0:06, the rest being from the next day at 14:05-15:02, with Kika's coming in the same day (23/11), and one or two tweaks by me in the meantime, one of them being done directly in the post 15:50 24/11/22; looking at the translations of this on 26/10/25 at 9:19 I change Μονάχος 'μ' εγώ to Μονάχος είμ' εγώ, presumably because a prodelision with preceding word ending with consonant is not really valid AFAIK; analogously, I change Όταν 'μ' απογοητευμένος -> Όταν είμ' απογοητευμένος on 2/11/25 at 16:47; while captioning the video, 15/11/25 20:16 I feel ζαρώνω isn't the right choice and φοβούμαι is possibly better; Kika approved the former, that's odd… not sure anymore, but implementing it anyway; which is better, «Να μου λες αυτό», or the 18/11/25 21:00 alternate version «Να μου λες το»? I suspect it would be Να μου το λες, so I won't implement the alternate version.
